With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and child development, I am dedicated to equipping educators, caregivers, and center directors with the tools and strategies they need to foster high-quality learning environments for children. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human and Family Relations from Northeastern State University and currently serve as the Owner and Director of Love to Learn Child Development Center.
My passion lies in mentoring educators, supporting professional development, and advancing best practices in early learning through hands-on training and workshops. I specialize in creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with state Early Learning Guidelines (ELG), improving classroom management, and helping centers increase family engagement and enrollment.
