My name is Tina Soto. I've been in ECE for 25+ years. I've worked in head start and child care. I've worked all positions teacher, manager, director. I love working with children and sharing my many years of experience with others and learning from others experiences. Networking with different people and learning different techniques to work with children is what i like most about trainings. I've worked with children of all ages, but my favorite age group is the preschool age.
