Description

This course handles safety inspection and keeping our children, teachers and families safe. The center health and safety coordinator resource guide will be observed as well as providing staff with the correct information to report hazardous items in the classroom.

Goals and Objectives

As a result of this training, staff will be able to conduct regular inspections to ensure hazards are identified and corrected in order to prevent injury. Inspections will include supervision and compliance with established policies and procedures set by licensing and accreditation and can include medication, chemical storage and emergency preparedness.
