Description

This course will address professionalism in the workforce and how it is essential in the interaction and communication with children, parents, and co-workers. This course will also focus on the Provider's positive and appropriate behavior and guidance in childcare. There will be discussion on Provider's responses to challenging behavior, the subsequent interactions, and how the Provider's behavior sets the tone for the classroom.
