Goals and Objectives

With an in-depth checklist offered with various benchmarks, the objectives of this training are to teach child care providers: 1) developmental guidelines for different age children – both in terms of where the child “should be” versus signs of a possible delay; 2) present suggestions how to decide when a problem requires a referral; and 3) describe how to approach and communicate with parents regarding their child’s development.
