Description

Health is a major issue in all early education centers and homes. Proving for Children's Health is a 10 hour course designed to assist child care providers with health concepts and issues they face everyday. Included will be information on written policies and responsibilities for carrying them out.

7.Provide a summary of the legal requirements in your state regarding child abuse and neglect, and your program's policy regarding your responsibility to report child abuse and neglect.
8.Research information available to child care providers through the Oklahoma Warm Line.
9.Match mealtime practices to the appropriate age groups.
10.Develop a nutrition activity for a group of children.
11.Obtain the name and contact information for an agency that supplies information on nutrition for children and/or nutrition education for families.
